Leading Synthetics operates a state-of-the-art Polyester Plant in Melbourne, Australia, manufacturing PET resin, Polyester Fibre and Filament Yarns. The PET resin capacity is 65000 TPA.

The plant has been set up with Zimmer Polymerization and  a Buhler Solid Stating Plant. The resin technology has been supplied by Mitsubishi Chemicals.

The company has ISO 9001 accreditation.

The resin is supplied to many buyers in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
